What is SilkPeel?
SilkPeel is a noninvasive, painless treatment that will remove dead skin and allow the area to exfoliate and release any impurities that may have built up below the surface while delivering skin-specific vitamins, antioxidants and therapeutic ingredients via Dermal Infusion.

Where can SilkPeel be used?
The most common areas are the face, neck and décolleté; however, it can be used anywhere on the body.

How long does the treatment take?
A treatment normally takes 20 minutes, although time varies depending upon the area being treated.

How long do results last?
The results can last for several months or longer. You may choose to have ongoing SilkPeel® treatments at intervals to maintain best results.

Are there any potential side effects?
Peeling or crusting occasionally occurs after SilkPeel® treatment. This most commonly occurs after treatment for acne scars which requires more aggressive SilkPeel® treatment. Your skin may be pink for an hour after a treatment. An area of skin may become either lighter or darker than the surrounding areas, usually temporarily. Sun protection must be used daily. If you are prone to cold sores, you may need to take an antiviral medication on treatment day to prevent an outbreak which could spread to the treated skin and cause scarring.
