LASIK $1500.00 price per eye based on prescriptions up to -1.00 D myopia with -.50 D astigmatism. Price may increase based on your prescription or if only one eye is treated. Refund Guarantee

  • The Refund Guarantee is established and in place for a period of 6 months after 6 months from the date of your vision correction procedure. Viso Lasik Medspas will refund you any money you have paid us directly within 30 days. If you financed your vision correction procedure, we will reimburse you all previously made payments within 30 days, less interest and transaction fees charged to us by your lender; interest charges vary according to your own finance plan, and transaction fees generally amount to 1.5% - 10% of the amount financed. We will also reimburse you the remaining principal payments of your finance plan, which will remain in effect and payable to your finance company, on the following fixed quarterly schedule: 01/01; 04/01; 07/01; and 10/01. The Refund Guarantee is null and void if you have received any type of enhancement from Viso Lasik Medspas through our Lifetime Guarantee or you have not followed our post-operative eye care process.

Lifetime Assurance & Lifetime Guarantee

  • In order to be eligible for the Lifetime Guarantee, you must do the following:
    • Complete your course of follow up post operative appointments with Viso Lasik Medspas and/or its affiliated doctors. 

    • Provide annual eye examination follow-up reports from your eye doctor.

Ambassador Rewards

  • Ambassador Rewards payments will be made on the following fixed dates: 01/01, 04/01, 07/01, 10/01. First and last payments will be prorated to reflect the actual date the referral qualified. You will receive $240.00 per year ($60.00 per quarter) for 5 years for each qualified referral, totaling $1200.00. No other referral promotions may be combined with this program. Not offered to licensed medical service providers or in Florida or Texas or where otherwise prohibited by law.

Relief Protection

  • You must not be in default on your financial plan for laser vision correction and the plan must be in effect. 
  • When you elect for Relief Protection, all benefits associated with Ambassador Rewards, Lifetime Guarantee, and VIP Passport will be suspended until repayment of the loan is completed. 
  • After you intial quarterly payment is sent to you within 30 days of your request, you will receive fixed quarterly payments on 01/01, 04/01, 07/01, 10/01 until you receive the full amount of the loan approved. The first and last scheduled payments will be prorated to reflect the actual date of the patient’s participation in the program.
